Got a new phone, tried to do a password reset, they keep taking my money and never reset password, plus they kept taking money for go credit but never credits my account, currently can't log, have wasted more too much money trying to do a password reset. If the app is out of service, just take it down and stop taking money from people without providing services.

you purposely don't pay attention to what we have to say here so what's the point of a good review.. I can't upload profile pictures using the gallery option.. only the camera works, how are you not seeing this as an issue.. I can't even send pictures to a friend except I use a file manager.. gallery only works in the group.. I can't change my profile picture except I snap and I don't find that comfortable lastly add flash lights to camera.. kindly fix this 😒

I wish there was an option for 0 star. This is the biggest flop I've ever seen in app upgrade especially when you're trying to bounce back. The welcome screen should have the "sign in" and "sign up" options instead of locking people out of their long aged accounts. A lot of us remember our usernames and passwords but there's no option to that. The worst is that creating a new account is not even working... always getting series of error messages. Take this seriously
